Our Services

Physiotherapy

Rebuild strength, restore movement. Physiotherapy restores what an injury, surgery or condition took away — strength, range of motion, balance and confidence — through hands-on treatment paired with a progressive exercise program.

Our Physiotherapy Treatments & Techniques

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy is skilled, hands-on treatment that restores movement, eases pain and repairs soft tissue — the foundation of most physiotherapy plans.

Concussion Treatment Physiotherapy

Vestibular Physiotherapy for Vertigo

Vestibular physiotherapy retrains the inner ear's balance system, easing vertigo, dizziness and the fear of falling that comes with it.

Post-Operative Rehabilitation Physiotherapy

Post-operative rehabilitation restores strength, mobility and confidence after surgery, following a plan built around your surgeon's protocol.

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy delivers focused acoustic pulses into damaged tendon and soft tissue, kickstarting a healing response in chronic injuries that have plateaued.

Women's Health Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

Pelvic floor physiotherapy treats the muscles supporting the bladder, uterus and rectum — often affected by pregnancy, childbirth, menopause or ongoing pain.

Learn More

Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Physiotherapy

TMJ physiotherapy treats the jaw joint directly — easing clicking, locking, facial pain and the headaches that often come with it.

Learn More

Dry Needling Physiotherapy

Dry needling uses a fine, solid needle placed directly into a tight muscle band to release trigger points that manual therapy alone can't reach.

Learn More

Motor Vehicle Accident Physiotherapy

A physiotherapy pathway built specifically for motor vehicle accident injuries — evidence-based treatment, paired with the paperwork your insurer needs.

Learn More

Sports Medicine Physiotherapy

Sports medicine physiotherapy assesses how you move, treats the specific injury, and builds the exercise plan that gets you back to your sport safely.

Learn More

Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS)

Intramuscular Stimulation uses fine needles placed into tight muscle bands to interrupt a chronic pain cycle that other treatment hasn't resolved.

What it is

What is Physiotherapy?

Every plan starts with an assessment: how you move, where the load is going, and what's actually generating your pain. From there we combine manual therapy with exercises built for your body, and teach the mechanics that keep the problem from recurring.

Your visit

What to Expect During Treatment

Every Physiotherapy visit starts with an assessment — what's going on, why, and whether physiotherapy is the right tool for it. Your practitioner explains the plan before treatment begins, and adjusts it as you respond, so you always know what's happening and why.

Do I need a referral to book physiotherapy?
No, you can book directly. Some insurance plans ask for a referral before they reimburse, so it's worth checking your policy — we're happy to help you read it.
What happens at the first visit?
A full assessment — history, movement screen and hands-on testing — followed by an explanation of what we found and treatment starting the same day.
How long until I notice a difference?
Many patients feel some change after the first one or two sessions, though soreness for a day or so afterward is normal. Full recovery timelines depend on the injury.
Can physiotherapy help with a concussion or vertigo?
Yes — both are common referrals. Concussion rehab and vestibular physiotherapy are structured programs in their own right, detailed on this page below.
