Registered Massage TherapySwedish Massage Therapy
The classic, and for good reason. Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes to loosen tight muscle and settle a busy nervous system — as effective for stress as it is for sore shoulders.
What is Swedish Massage Therapy?
Swedish massage is full-body therapeutic work built on five core techniques — stroking, gliding, kneading, rubbing and light tapping. It's gentler than deep tissue work, aiming to both relax and re-energize.
Your therapist starts by talking through your condition and history, then works with oil or lotion using long strokes, passive joint movement and steady kneading to warm the tissue, release tension and work through knots.
Sessions typically cover the full body, but we'll focus on specific areas — your neck, low back — if that's what you need.
