KinesiologyPersonal Training
One-on-one training that also knows rehab. Personal training led by a kinesiologist — someone who understands injury as well as fitness, and builds your program around both.
What is Personal Training?
This isn't a generic gym program. Your kinesiologist starts with a full assessment of your biomechanics, posture, balance and current conditioning, then builds a plan around your actual goals — whether that's strength, weight loss, athletic performance or simply moving through your day without pain.
Because your trainer has a clinical background, they know how to work around an old injury rather than aggravate it.
Your first session covers your goals, injury history and current activity level, along with a short functional assessment.
